Last year saw the first joint Military and Civilian service marking the first year of Tidworth having a War Memorial. This year due to the large numbers attending in 2017 there will be another joint service but to be held in the Garrison Theatre.

On the 26th October 2018 the long awaited play park on the Riverbourne Estate was finally opened by the Mayor and Chair of the Community Engagement Committee, C'llr Sue Fell. C'llr Mark Connolly said ' “It was a pleasure to open the long awaited play park in Riverbourne Fields. We are now planning for the second play area on the Estate and will again consult the residents on what equipment they want.”

On the 25th October 2018 we joined with the Garrison for Operation Womble and had a Community Litter pick. It was well attended and the Tidworth 1st Beavers, Cubs and Scouts came out in full force collecting over 30 bags of rubbish.
